What's up? You're reading Inclined AI. The NBA playoffs are starting today. We’re rooting for the Denver Nuggets here at Inclined because their name is in one of our sections. Lock it in.

Here's the bounce:

  • ChatGPT doesn’t appear to have a partisan slant

POE PROMOTES CREATE-YOUR-OWN CHATBOTS

Quora’s AI platform, Poe, aims to become the multi-tool of AI innovation.

Adam D’ Angelo, the CEO of Quora, is energized and eagerly pushing to make Poe the main stop of general AI use. The company's latest bet is a new tool that allows people to make their own chatbots.

The real kicker is how easy the setup is for this idea. First, you put in the prompt and name the bot. Then, Bam, you’re done.

It’s not world-changing, but it’s a promising premise.

Poe is the only spot on the internet that lets you talk with ChatGPT and Claude in the same space. Plus, iPhone users can keep conversations going on the iOS app.

That’s right; there’s even an app for their tooling.

Poe is taking the most approachable route in the wide world of AI products.

The user experience is clean and easy to grasp while empowering you to use multiple chats simultaneously. We made one to try out that you can test at this link.

It gives you a compliment to start your day :)

Overall, If you’re overwhelmed by ChatGPT, Poe is an excellent alternative. That’s a compelling reason for you to start your AI journey if you’re still holding out.

Why bother? Because we need more product-minded approaches like this that expand the usability of AI for everyone.

IT’S NAME IS GPT, AGENTGPT (OR AUTOGPT)

The next stage in Generative Pretrained Transformers (GPTs) is upon us. Developers found a way to help GPT-4 think on its own.

Let’s break it down.

AutoGPT is the brainchild of Yohei, an AI tinkerer and General Partner at Untapped Capital. He wanted to show off the power of a “task-driven” autonomous agent.

That’s a mouthful, but in basic terms, he wanted to allow an AI model to think through a goal by creating tasks and going step-by-step without human interference.

Imagine a version of ChatGPT that takes a goal and turns it into tasks, then reasons its way to a solution—that’s AutoGPT.

His work inspired the community of open-source developers that surround AI, and that’s what created AgentGPT. The platform stands out because you can do this now instead of a 30-minute setup tutorial.

You can try it out, but remember; it’s a demo. You’ll see that it gets stuck in loops, and this concept is as far from perfect as it gets.

No one knows how to prompt AgentGPT yet. No one knows what topics it excels at. No one knows anything about the possibilities here.

You have the chance to find out. You’re early.

Imagine a self-reliant autonomous AI in everyone’s pocket. That’s a great future.
